Furst Ranch is a master-planned community spanning approximately 2,000 acres in Denton County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States. The development includes ~ 1,066 acres designated for mixed-use purposes, with plans for 6 to 8 million square feet of commercial opportunities. Additionally, the community will feature 9,000 residential units, comprising 1,000  age-restricted homes, 3,000 single-family homes, and 5,000 multifamily units.
