The Hill

The Hill has been remodeled, refreshed, and repositioned to meet the growing demand of retail and restaurant experiences that provide a unique environment for the community. The Hill serves the everyday needs of the affluent and mature Preston Hollow neighborhood and the younger, family-focused areas of Lake Highlands and Lakewood. 

Located in the heart of Dallas, The Hill retrofitted an existing mid-century modern shopping center, from 1977, by transforming the existing buildings into a more walkable sequence of shops and restaurants. The Hill is arranged around a dynamic, landscaped courtyard that does not exist today in the trade area.
