The concept is the brainchild of Chef Carrie Baird, a Bravo Top Chef Season 15 finalist and James Beard Semi-Finalist, and entrepreneur Michael Fox. When the two met, they discovered a shared childhood dream of opening a breakfast spot just like Fox and the Hen—so bringing it to life felt inevitable. The menu lives at the intersection of comforting classics and inventive culinary twists designed to wow.
